PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

With over 20 years experience in the recycling industry, Seth Goodman is known as a compassionate and inspiring leader by his customers and colleagues.  Drawing on his strategic thinking and capacity to drive breakthrough results, Seth is the co-leader of Northstar and is accountable for business development, customer satisfaction, marketing and sales management.

SETH AFTER WORK

Seth values spending time with his wife, Jenna, their three children, Jake, Rachel and Carly and his dog Rusty.  Seth is actively involved with YPO where holds a leadership position in the Western New England Chapter.  He is committed to the community where he supports the Jewish Community Center and the Jimmy Fund.  Seth is a competitive runner and enjoys golfing, hoping to play the top 100 courses in the United States.  He loves going to the movies and avidly cheers on all the Boston sports teams.
