Areas which are subject to more wear, such as the Floor, Front Frame and Door, were given special design and construction to ensure strength and long life.
Hinges, guides and ground rollers equipped with grease fittings for extended life.
Base Structures available to fit most roll-off hoists.
Standard door opening: 46.375" H x 64" W. Other sizes optional.
Floor constructed of 7 gauge steel plate backed with 3" structural steel channel.
Door reinforced with 3" structural steel channels, deep box sections of 7 gauge plate and .75" x 4" bar stock hinges.
Container sides constructed of 7 gauge steel plate.
Longitudinal sills made of 2" x 6" structural steel tubing.
8.625" diameter ground rollers with a bracing tube welded inside.

All equipment is provided with A-36 structural steel frames. A-514 reinforced in areas of high stress. Strong rigid container walls provide performance and long service life. A-1018 is used for gib bar, guide and control surfaces.
All equipment meets or exceeds all ANSI Z245.5 and OSHA standards.
All equipment has NEMA 12 and UL approved electrical panel and control assembly.
